Memory that keeps its sources.
HyperMind writes history down as it happens and checkpoints it, so preferences, decisions and open work survive a process restart. Recalled claims keep the references that produced them, untrusted material stays labelled, and beliefs are time-aware so a change is recorded as a change rather than a silent overwrite. Indexes and summaries are projections that can be rebuilt by replaying the ledger.

Inside HyperMind
How it works.
- 01A restart stops costing contextPeriodic checkpoints bound how much of the log has to be replayed, so a process resumes from durable state.
- 02Recall arrives with its sourcesA remembered claim keeps the references that produced it; untrusted memory keeps its label.
- 03Only what fitsActivation assembles relevant context inside a token budget rather than replaying a wall of transcript.
- 04Follow-up that outlives the tabIntentions, predictions and outcomes are recorded as distinct things; a missed prediction stays visible.
