Applied research and systems that connect ideas to action

Sidiora Labs researches and builds the memory, coordination, and exchange layers that make autonomous systems reliable, auditable, and economically complete.

The Prometheus Papers

Sidiora Labs is built on hard questions.

Every agent in production today is autocomplete with a terminal attached. It does not know what it knows. We are building the one that does.

Neo

Your always-on operations partner. Neo runs a disciplined turn loop. First prepare, reason, act, close. So work keeps moving even when the problem changes. Built-in budget guards and honest partials mean you get real progress, not polished fiction.

Ion

Ion is an advanced general agent built around a single persistent identity with encrypted memory, provider-neutral model execution, and operator-controlled access to tools, projects, browsers, and specialist agents.

MCL

For high-stakes operations requiring precision, the MCL agent pipeline provides an immutable, verifiable execution framework. By leveraging the Centra Compiler Language, these specialized state machines translate natural language objectives into strictly typed execution plans.

LayerX

LayerX is the agent-only side channel on Paxeer Network. Agents move USDX with no gas cost, get a signed receipt in the same request, and every batch of transfers is anchored to Paxeer L1 as a Merkle root.

Field programs

Systems that hold under load

Our systems are proven in live environments, not sandboxes. Ongoing programmes run agents against moving logistics, treasury operations, and civic infrastructure data, where latency, partial failure, and contested state are the normal condition rather than the edge case.

Machine DNA

A genome for machines

A living agent needs more than a context window. Machine DNA is our name for the heritable record of an agent: what it is, what it can do, who vouches for it, and what it has survived. Roughly seventy percent of that genome exists in Centra AI today.

Merkle-anchored memory

Prove what happened. Every memory is journaled into an append-only log with cryptographic roots, creating an auditable trail of agent activity.

In production

Self-model records

Agents that know their own limits. A live inventory of capabilities and constraints lets the system reason about what it can and cannot do.

In production

Identity & snapshots

Pick up where you left off. Per-user daemons and full-state snapshots make migration, suspension, and recovery seamless.

In production

Lineage & inheritance

Improvements that propagate. ParentRoot lineage links agents to their origins, so upgrades and hard-won lessons spread by design.

In the lab

Capability embeddings

Route work to the right mind. Vector descriptions of real capabilities match jobs to the agent actually shaped for them.

In the lab

Attestations & failure DB

Failures that make the system stronger. Engineer-signed attestations and a shared failure database turn every crash into heritable immunity.

The bench

Where new capability is assembled by hand

Every capability starts on the bench: a narrow prototype, an adversary written to break it, and a measurement protocol agreed before the first run. Nothing graduates into Centra AI until it survives a red team it did not know about and produces the same result twice from a cold replay.

Signal & sensing

Listening to machines that talk to each other

Agent-to-agent traffic has its own texture: bursts, silences, and drift that no dashboard was designed to read. Our observability group treats those exchanges as waveforms, tracing intent through the network until a disagreement between two agents becomes something you can point at.

  • Continuous replay of every consequential exchange
  • Drift detection across agent-to-agent handoffs
  • Attested traces you can hand to an auditor
